- 3 cloves

How to prepare Vegetable Biryani Shorbha recipe β
- Step 1 β Put a little oil in a pan and fry the chili and onion together.
- Step 2 β Add the ginger-garlic paste and fry everything until the smell absolutely disappears.
- Step 3 β Mix the chopped tomatoes, followed by salt and water and mix until the tomatoes become soft and mushy.
- Step 4 β Add coconut and fry the same for 5 minutes until you start receiving that aroma. turn off the gas flame and puree all the vegetables in a blender. Turn it into a perfectly smooth puree after previously cooling the mixture.
- Step 5 β Take another pan and put some oil in it. Heat the oil and add all the dry herbs, including mint.
- Step 6 β Add puree to the masala, followed by turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt and masala powder. stir everything
- Step 7 β Bring everything to the desired consistency. Finally, add your heart and let it simmer for 10 minutes. make sure to keep mixing until the mixture comes to a boil after adding the yogurt.
- Step 8 β Serve the Shorba with any desired type of rice.
