Here’s an update on life lately with some good time!
Life lately: fun time

Between the holidays, the snow days, the trip to Mexico, and generally never enough time, I haven’t been blogging as regularly as I had hoped! It’s a cross between not feeling like I have a whole lot to say/write/share and not making these posts a priority. I hope I will do better, because they are both fun and easy to write.
We have been busy with this!
Snow storms
Minus a few days of school for a light snowstorm! Last year it didn’t snow at all, so everyone was very excited. We got to use the sleds the kids got for Christmas last year and tried out the neighbour’s tube!
You know what’s really fun after a morning of sledding? A sauna blanket!! Preheat for 5 minutes and climb in with your clothes on!
Other fun things:
I got out of the shower and saw Birch reading in our bed! hahaha! He certainly felt at home.
Puzzle season
The puzzle season is in full swing! This one was great – Mazen got it for us for Christmas.
Caramelized Granola
Birch and I made it together and then had yogurt bowls for lunch!

Having one of your good friends from school – they loved playing!
Taylor Swift concert screening
I had a few friends crash on the couch for a fun night watching the Taylor Swift concert. I thought they would want to talk all the time, but everyone was really interested in the concert (including the boys!).
Guus had the best time!
Going to the dentist
Does going to the dentist count as a fun activity? No?

Our games are SO late, but I love playing on the small field.
