Encouragement from your past self | IMPOSSIBLE®

Impossible-Pencils-Of-Promise

I recently received an email from Pencils of promise out of nowhere. It was a general quarterly email, but at the end Carly let us know about the school’s update:

I also wanted to share exciting news about student enrollment in the school projects you have helped support in the past. We are beyond excited to witness the flourishing of these schools, which have created tremendous opportunities for both the students and the communities.

Latest student registration
Phon Ham: 117 students
Zomayi ARS: 255 students
Bagome Brotherhood: 702 students
Amedzikope RC Base: 389 students
Las Palmas: 95 students
The Maidens: 255 students
Caserio Pasin, Aldea Pacamache: 114 students
El Vergel Village: 97 students

I want to thank you for your continued impact, which has made all of this possible!

A total of 2,024 students are now enrolled in the 8 schools we have built in 3 countries around the world. To date, we’ve raised over $300,000 and helped over 2,000 people through Impossible.org current students and almost 4,000 entrepreneurs around the world.

To be honest – a lot of this is happening in the background and a lot of this is happening because of you guys – and I don’t always look at it from a day-to-day perspective, but pulling the email out of nowhere was pretty encouraging.

Reminder: Do more impossible things. You never know when you’ll need it in the future.

If you’ve ever bought anything IMPOSSIBLE or donated via Impossible.org – Thank you. I really appreciate it.
