About Gavaar Pumpkin Bhaji

Gavaar Pumpkin Bhaji, as the name suggests, contains two main ingredients: gavaar (cluster beans) and pumpkin. One of the defining elements in this sabzi is the use of Thank you masala. Goda masala is a fragrant Maharashtrian spice mix that gives this sabzi a unique taste. Gavaar has a slightly bitter taste and pumpkin, on the other hand, is mildly sweet. The distinctive taste and texture of these two vegetables, together with goda masala, create a delicious dish that goes well with hot rotis.

Of the innumerable sabzis prepared, Gavaar Pumpkin sabzi is a lesser known/underrated dish. If you love discovering new recipes, try this sabzi and share your feedback in the comments below.
