- 1 tbsp Garam Masala
- Half tablespoon of ajwain

- Step 1 β Cut the onions, bell pepper, ginger garlic, tomato, green chili pepper and bell pepper.
- Step 2 β mix them into a puree.
- Step 3 β let it cool and bread it next to each other
- Step 4 β melt some butter on tawa and add ajwain, followed by onions and ginger-garlic paste. Also add any vegetables you like. Finally add pav bhaji masala amchoor masala and tomato paste.
- Step 5 β let everything cook well and add paneer cubes. Let each paneer be covered and prepared.
- Step 6 β finally add kasuri Methi and salt. Garnish with coriander leaves.
