BRILLIANT.
Ooh, cool! I’ve never used peanut flour before. The husband is allergic to all nuts, so I can’t use all nut flours, butter and milk. However, peanuts are not nuts. Peanut flour would be great to experiment with.
Wow, I have to try this company ASAP! I generally just buy PB2 at the store as there aren’t many places that sell peanut flour so I’ll have to check this out. I like the idea of customizing it myself! That is so creative! Your flavors sound great too; the sweet mocha sounds right up my alley! I love adding peanut flour to baking, smoothies and on top of oats. I’m always looking for new ways to use it!
I love PB Lean! So many great ways to use it.

I’ve never used peanut flour before. I wonder if I can use it to make sugar cookies? Will the cookies spread and what will the texture look like?
